Ohio-based Fin Feather Fur Outfitters, an outdoor, gaming and fishing apparel and supplies retailer, announced earlier this summer that they were selling 100% of the Company’s stock to a newly-established ESOP. As is quite common in ESOP transactions, the seller, Mike Goschinski, will remain the CEO of the Company going forward. Mr. Goschinski and his management team will continue to run the day-to-day operations of the Company.
