Jocelyn is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group and serves clients in both the Brookfield and Madison offices. Her practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related litigation. She assists clients with a broad range of estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, marital property agreements, prenuptial agreements, powers of attorney, business succession plans, and purchase agreements. Jocelyn also represents clients in trust and estate disputes and prepares complaints, briefs, and other court filings in support of litigation. Her background in insurance defense further informs her strategic and detail-oriented approach to client representation. 

Before attending law school, Jocelyn served as a Congressional intern in the U.S. House of Representatives, where she gained valuable insights into legislative processes and public policy. She also worked as a legal associate for the Wisconsin Department of Justice, handling complex legal matters and building her litigation experience.
