Nicole Burg assists clients with business and corporate matters, drawing on experience in both transactional and litigation settings. She focuses on helping entrepreneurs and enterprises structure, expand, and protect their operations through careful planning and advocacy.

During law school, Nicole worked as a student associate at the University of Wisconsin Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she drafted contracts, privacy policies, and service agreements for local businesses. She also researched compliance and entity formation issues. At DeWitt LLP, she served as a summer associate for two consecutive summers, preparing legal briefs, pleadings, and transactional documents, and supporting attorneys in trials, hearings, and client meetings.

Her background includes interning for the U.S. Congress, where she researched legislation and drafted remarks. Nicole also clerked for law firms in Madison, Wisconsin, and Spokane, Washington, where she supported litigation and provided client services. She also served as a discussion group leader for first-year law students at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
