DeWitt LLP Welcomes Business & Litigation Attorney Nicole Burg

DeWitt LLP is pleased to announce that Nicole Burg has joined the firm’s Madison office as an Associate Attorney, effective August 2025.

Nicole assists clients with business and corporate matters, drawing on experience in both transactional and litigation settings. She focuses on helping entrepreneurs and enterprises structure, expand, and protect their operations through careful planning and advocacy.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Nicole worked as a student associate at the UW Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, where she drafted contracts, privacy policies, and service agreements for local businesses. She also researched compliance and entity formation issues.

Nicole is no stranger to DeWitt — she served as a summer associate with the firm for the past two years, preparing legal briefs, pleadings, and transactional documents, and supporting attorneys in trials, hearings, and client meetings.

Her prior experience includes interning for the U.S. Congress, clerking for law firms in Madison and Spokane, and serving as a discussion group leader for first-year law students at UW Law.

Nicole is admitted to practice in Wisconsin.
