David L. Sienko represents landowners and businesses in eminent domain, real estate litigation, and complex civil disputes. He focuses on matters that involve property valuation, utilities, agricultural operations, hydrology issues, and the determination of economic damages. David approaches every matter with a practical, results-oriented mindset, helping clients manage risk and achieve effective resolutions from administrative hearings to court proceedings.

David’s practice includes eminent domain and condemnation actions for commercial landlords, tenants, industrial property owners, convenience stores, and agricultural businesses. He also represents clients in general business litigation and serves as a Special Master in civil litigation matters. He regularly litigates in Minnesota District Court, before the Office of Administrative Hearings, and at Condemnation Commissioners hearings.

Earlier in his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Harrington, gaining firsthand insight into judicial decision-making and courtroom advocacy.
