Zachary P. Armstrong

Zack is an attorney in DeWitt’s Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Transportation & Logistics practice groups. His practice focuses on general civil litigation with experience with patent litigation, trade secret litigation, false advertising, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, transportation & logistics litigation, and personal injury matters. He also has experience in business and commercial transactions.

Zack started with DeWitt as a law clerk in 2017.  While in law school, Zack clerked for the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office in the Community Prosecution division where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases while gaining trial and other courtroom experience as a certified student attorney. During his time in the University of St. Thomas’s Elder Law Practice Group Clinic, he represented a client during a bench trial in Hennepin County Probate Court. Zack earned Dean’s Awards for his performance in White Collar Crime & Compliance, Business Planning, Banking Law, and Legal Writing.
